From the truck turning onto your street to the moment it leaves.
Before the day
When the number works for you, we pick a day and a window together. We don’t promise same-day. We book a day and a window that works for you, and if the driver is running behind, you get a call.
The driver arrives
First thing, he looks the car over against what you told us on the phone: the same car, the same condition, nothing missing that wasn’t mentioned. If it all matches, the number is the number. If something is different, he says so right there, before anything is signed.
Paperwork and payment
You sign the vehicle portion of the ownership over to us. The driver fills in the bill of sale and you get a copy. You are paid the number we agreed on. Then the plates come off, and they stay with you.
Loading
A car that rolls is winched onto the flatbed in a few minutes. One that doesn’t roll takes longer. Snow, rain and dark don’t stop a pickup, but a car we can’t reach does, so if yours is in a laneway, an underground garage or a field, tell us on the first call and the driver comes prepared.
Do you have to be there?
Someone has to hand over the ownership and sign it. You don’t have to stand outside; the driver knocks when he needs you.
After the truck leaves
Call your insurance and take the car off your policy. Keep the bill of sale with your other papers.
