Get the right part the first time

Two cars that look the same can take different parts. Send us these and we’ll match yours.

  • Your VIN. 17 characters. It’s on your ownership, on the dashboard where it meets the windshield, and on the driver’s door frame.
  • The part number, if you can read it on the old part. Stamped or on a sticker.
  • A photo of the old part, especially the plugs and mounting points.
  • Engine size and trim, for engines, transmissions and anything electrical.

If a part we sold you is defective, bring it back within 30 days of buying it. You get the same part again, or your money back for the part. Labour isn’t covered.
